I worked in this one garage that was so dirty and unorganized, I never understood how they had so many clients. The floor was cluttered with empty cans of oil and used rags and worn-out tires – safe to say, many people came back with complaints.
It is sometimes worth it to visit a few garages until you find one that is worthy – and clean – enough. If you see a shop that just looks like a mess, that could be a major red flag.
