I find it funny when customers feel embarrassed explaining a particular sound their car is making with words. I would much rather hear you make a weird sounding noise than waste precious time trying to figure out what on earth you are talking about.
For example, the other day a customer spent eternity telling me about this noise that was ‘buzzing, but in a squishy way.’ No Karen, that does not make any sense, just make the noise!
