It seemed just an ordinary day for the passengers and crew onboard the Southwest Airlines flight from New York to Dallas. The passengers piled onto the plane, trying to find their seats hoping for a smooth flight with no major problems. As they were boarding the plane, the crew was happily welcoming them onboard and trying to assist them in any way possible. It seemed like a perfectly normal and routine flight for everybody concerned -there were no signs that anything was going to go wrong. No one could have predicted how badly their day was going to turn out when they were up in the air.
