After an engine exploded on a plane the passengers made one vital mistake

It was believed the ordeal came about because of a broken blade in the engine of the plane. Due to the horrifying accident, the airline made sure to conduct a thorough inspection of their aircraft. In particular, they were looking for any sign of a problem with the blades in their engines to try and prevent the same issue occurring again. Despite doing all they could to prevent incidents, just weeks later another of their planes reported a window cracking during a flight, but thankfully it was not a serious problem.
