After an engine exploded on a plane the passengers made one vital mistake

In charge of the aircraft that day was experienced pilot Tammie Jo Shults. She had vast amounts of experience and, of course, had been through the years and years of training pilots need to undergo in order to get their flying licenses. With so much experience behind her, Shults had to call upon every bit of knowledge she had learned in order to try and get all of the passengers back onto the ground safely, keeping casualties to a minimum.
