The official royal surname is now Mountbatten-Windsor, named after Prince Philip too. However, most royals don’t use it in their official title. They’re usually addressed as HRH and then their locational designation instead.

For example, the Duke of Cambridge or the Duchess of Sussex. This, in a way, makes up for lack of surname. Royals usually have numerous middle names too, so we think Prince Harry Charles Albert David, Duke of Sussex works perfectly fine without Mountbatten-Windsor added on.
