On paper, the Queen could get away with pretty much any crime she wanted to – whether it was an extreme major offense like murder, or a small minor crime like dropping some chewing gum on the street.
British legalities state that “civil and criminal proceedings in court cannot be taken against the Sovereign” – so technically, the Queen cannot be taken to court or sentenced for any crime whatsoever. There simply wouldn’t be much that anyone could do to fight against her.
