Wil Wheaton didn’t have to act too much to take on his role in TBBT, because he played himself! The actor has been making sporadic appearances on the show since season one, and it’s fair to say that Sheldon Cooper is not a fan of the former Star Trek star.
The pair were sworn enemies for almost all of their interactions, and they were constantly trying to irritate each other with their pranks and their intelligence. Yet, by season five they soon realize that they are much more similar than they first thought, and they become friends.
