Susannah and first baseman Mitch Moreland tied the knot in 2011. Susannah was born June 14, 1978, but met her future husband while on vacation as a teenager. She quickly decided that a life teaching in an elementary school was the way forwards, so Susannah graduated college and off she went. Growing up Susannah also entered plenty of beauty pageants, including the Miss Alabama contest. The couple now have two children, and Susannah has decided to become a stay at home mom to care for them both.
