Farrah ended up passing away in 2009 following a difficult battle with cancer. A lot of people took her passing to heart, including her ex-husband, Lee Majors. The actor was greatly saddened by Fawcett’s loss, despite being estranged from her for years.
According to US Weekly, the pair shared a heartfelt goodbye shortly before she passed away when they spoke on the phone. The 40-minute conversation put Majors in a very emotional place, especially as it had been 23 years since he’d last had contact with his ex-wife.
