Florence Griffith-Joyner still holds Olympic records. The former track star competed in the 1984 and 1988 Olympics. She won her first medal, a silver in the 200m, in 1984 in her hometown, LA. Four years later she won three gold medals, in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay. She also broke two records at those Olympics.
