This sandwich feud between colleagues went on for so long that HR had to step in

The victim had seen enough and had a response for the sandwich thief. They were fed up of dealing with this and just wanted their food back. The victim begged for the thief to “grow up” and just return their sandwich.

They even called out the thief for being unprofessional and threatened to contact HR if they ever found out who they were. Writing notes wasn’t going to catch this thief though because it was becoming clear they didn’t care about stealing from coworkers.
