Not many actors are blessed with having a career-defining roles like that of Steve Austin. It was the role that catapulted Majors to superstardom and made him a household name to this day… but it isn’t his favorite.
It isn’t The Fall Guy either, despite the fact that he not only starred in it but also produced it and sang the theme song. His favorite? That almost forgotten Western show The Big Valley. It may be lost in the shuffle among its more popular brethren Gunsmoke and Bonanza, but The Big Valley still holds a place in Lee’s heart.
