Sergei Zubov began his NHL career with the New York Rangers while he was at his prime. The defenseman was 22 years old when he made his debut, recording 31 points in 49 games played that season. Zubov would go on to play 1,068 career games, scoring 771 points and 152 goals. He won two Stanley Cup rings while in the league, the first with the Rangers during their 1994 magical run and the second in 1999 with the Dallas Stars.
