In February of 2016, Oher got a chance at winning the Superbowl once more – with the Carolina Panthers facing off against the Denver Broncos. Despite a valiant performance by the Panthers, the Broncos ended up handily winning the game, with the final score being 24-10.
Oher was not on top form in this game, with Newton getting sacked seven times. Nonetheless, despite losing to the Broncos, Oher had done what most players never accomplish, in having gotten to the Superbowl twice.
