It may come as a surprise but Carl Dean is not a big fan of Dolly Parton’s music. Sure, he loves her a whole lot, but she admitted that he prefers bluegrass or rock to country music. That means Dean would rather listen to Led Zeppelin than Dolly’s own music.
It hasn’t been an issue in their marriage, though, because they respect and love each other anyway. In addition, Dean used to be afraid to go to Dolly’s concerts because he didn’t want to see her mess up.
