It’s no secret that Dolly and Carl have never had children, but Dolly has no regrets about that. She is actually Miley Cyrus’ godmother and also started a charity of her own called Imagination Library.
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library sends books to children for free, inspiring them to read. Through her organization, Dolly has helped millions of children learn to love reading. She said that she believes not having children was part of God’s plan for her, because now, “everybody’s kids could be mine”.
