Luckily, despite everything the couple has been through, Parton and Dean have remained happily married all these years. And although her husband may shy away from the spotlight, he never shies away from showing his affection to his wife even after spending five decades together.
“I always call him Daddy and he calls me Mama or Little Kid or Angel Cakes,” Parton adorably wrote in her book. “Sometimes he calls me Dotty to be silly.”
