Lewis was able to achieve the ultimate team accomplishment in his rookie year, when the Ravens won Super Bowl XXXV in 2000. He has a very strong rookie campaign, capped off by becoming just the second rookie to ever rush for 100 or more yards in a Super Bowl. But it wasn’t until the 2003 season when Lewis made a name for himself among the NFL’s elite. That year, he became a member of the ‘2,000 yard club,’ when he ran for 2,066 yards. It helped that he also set the single-game rushing record with 295 yards, earlier in the year.
