The Flying Finn began karting when he was just five years old, working his way up through the ranks of Formula Ford and Formula Three until he made his F1 debut in 1991. His first win didn’t come until 1997 at the final race of the season in Spain. He would continue his winning streak into the next year and the year after, becoming the World Champion in 1998 and 1999, racing for McLaren. He ended his career with an impressive 51 podiums.
