These dogs are some of the easiest to recognize thanks to their spotted coats. As if that wasn’t enough, dalmatians have been spotted in Ancient Egyptian paintings – the dogs were pictured while running behind the chariots.
Fast forward a few hundred years, and the dogs were once the favorite breed to have during the Victorian Britain age because they were used as carriage dogs, as well as being tasked with guarding cargo and passengers on trains and ships.
