Not only did Princess Diana wear the choker during her time in the palace, but Kate Middleton has also worn the choker. Kate borrowed the piece for the Queen and Prince Phillip’s 70th wedding anniversary. There are four strands of pearls with a diamond clasp in the middle to hold it together.
