The one person who has the entire Royal Collection of jewels at their disposal is Queen Elizabeth II. She, as the ruling monarch, has the honor of choosing who gets to wear what, and what she herself would like to wear. The collection is more than just jewelry though, and it also contains artworks, furniture, and costumes. All of which the Queen is able to pick and choose from whenever she wants, including some pieces that pre-date the Renaissance era.
