Another piece of evidence that perhaps the jewel drama has been exaggerated by the media is the fact that Queen Elizabeth has gifted Meghan some jewelry since the wedding. In addition to lending her granddaughter-in-law a tiara for her wedding, the Queen gave Meghan pearl and diamond drop earrings for their first solo engagement together. Insiders have also said that the Queen is very generous with the jewels, and that banning Meghan from them is not something she would do.
