In September 2017, Tom Brady released a book called The TB12 Method, in which he reveals his detailed nutrition plan. Brady’s diet is very specific – he avoids many foods including white sugar and flour, processed foods, fruits, and certain vegetables including eggplants, peppers, and tomatoes.
Nutritionists have called the diet “insane,” and now, since his allegedly unfit body has been exposed, people are skeptical of the method. That being said, Brady is a five-time Super Bowl champion and the oldest quarterback in the game, so something must be working.
