While she is still studying at the Indiana Institute of Technology, Carly Schmidt spends the majority of her non-study time at the gym. She is constantly working on her physique, and says that she favors high intensity workouts as she believes that not only do they achieve the best results, but they are also the most fun to do.
During the off season when there are no track and field competitions, Carly poses in fitness competitions.
