It’s 1991, Game 2 of the World Series between the Twins and the Rays. Ron Gant hit a drive between the shortstop and third baseman and tries to turn the hit into a double. But after a change of mind, Gan heads back to first and was tangled up with Kent Hrbek. As Hrbek caught the throw, he stumbled backwards and pulled Gant’s leg off of first, and Gant was eventually called out by umpire Drew Coble. The Braves would lose the game by a run, and the Twins won the series in seven.
