George Blanda played in the NFL until he was 48 years old, the oldest player to ever play in the league. Before he turned 40, the quarterback threw for more than 25,000 yards and 214 touchdowns. But after his 40th he started only one more game as a QB before becoming a full-time kicker. Blanda scored more than 860 points as kicker. He holds the record for most seasons played in the league (26 seasons).
