Chris Chelios had a post-40 career that young athletes dream about. Chelios played for 26 seasons, and retired at the age of 48. Even after his 40th birthday, Chelios played in an All Star Game, he won a Stanley Cup while with the Detroit Red Wings and even won a silver medal with Team USA at the 2002 Olympics. He played in over 1650 games throughout his career, the most for a defenseman, winning three cups.
