[post_page_title]Gordie Howe[/post_page_title]
Mr. Hockey remained on the ice until he was 52 years old. By the time he turned 40, Howe already had four Stanley Cup championships under his belt, as well as six Hart Trophies. After his 40th, the legend appeared in two more All Star games and even had a chance to play with his two sons in six World Hockey Association seasons. Howe retired at the age of 52, but played another game when he was 69, as part of the IHL’s Detroit Vipers.
