Picabo went on to compete in the 1994 Lillehammer Winter Olympics, where she went on to win a Silver in the downhill racing competition. She then competed in the 1996 World Championships in Sierra Nevada, located in southern Spain outside of the ancient city of Grenada, winning gold in the downhill and bronze in the super-g. Street then competed one more time in the 1998 Nagano, Japan Winter Olympics, taking gold in the downhill. Picabo was inducted into the National Ski Hall of Fame in 2004.
