However, despite not winning any medals, she still made it onto the US Women’s Ski Team the next time the Olympics came around in 2006. Despite crashing and severely injuring herself in a practice run, she kept going, earning herself the spirit award. However, when the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver finally came around, Vonn competed yet again, winning one gold and one bronze.
