Back in 1989, when the entire fashion industry was caught up in a whirlwind, supermodels Linda Evangelists, Naomi Campbell, and Christy Turlington has their photographs taken at party. The party was at the elegant and extravagant Plaza Hotel, located in the heart of New York City.
The girls are – obviously – posed to represent the Three Wise Monkeys who demand that we speak no evil, hear no evil, and see no evil. The philosophy actually originated in Japan in the 17th century, but has been adapted in many ways since then, even by supermodels.
